One Finsbury Circus - LONDON (Ordinary Hazard BS5306pt2)
A fit out of the prestigious Britannia building in Finsbury Circus. An Eight floor office development designed using BS5306pt2. The building consisted of eight levels of office space and 3 sub ground levels of plant and office and back of house areas.
An architecturally stunning finish, meant a very detailed design and installation approach was required.
Juniper Court, Retirement Home - BRAINTREE (Residential BS9521:2005)
A retirement home in Braintree, Essex consisting of 100+ retirement flats over 3 levels, constructed of wooden frame and steel supports. This project required a design that could easily fit the constraints of the building and provide maximum flexibility for the client and other services. The design needed to be as flexible to take into account the re-development of the building design in order to suit the clients needs.
Kings Cross, London - Escalators (LONDON)
A bespoke design and consultation for the protection to the redevelopment of Kings Cross underground escalator and machine chambers. A system that provided deluge and sprinkler protection with many specifications re-written to allow a fully customisable system for the client.
